Managing Partner
Wilson O. Onyiriuka
Wilson is the Managing Partner of Paraphoenix Solicitors and an international commercial lawyer with more than 25 years' experience advising businesses and senior management on complex commercial, financing, regulatory and cross-border matters.
Before establishing Paraphoenix, Wilson spent almost two decades with Royal Philips in senior legal roles in the United Kingdom, Africa and the Netherlands, including as Head of Legal & Compliance Officer for Philips Africa and, most recently, Senior Legal Counsel at Philips' international headquarters in Amsterdam.
His practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions, banking and finance, healthcare and life sciences, technology and digital matters, regulatory and compliance, and international transactions.
